PAYMENTS
For payment, I accept exact change and card with a fee. Please make sure you have the exact amount ready if paying with cash, as I do not carry change. If you prefer to use card; a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total amount.t's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.
LATE POLICY
There is a seven minute grace period. After seven minutes your appointment will be canceled and a 50% fee will be charged. Please show up early if you need to use the restroom, as this will allow me to minimize disruptions to the schedule and ensure that I can dedicate the necessary time to each client as I am booked back to back.
CANCEL/RESCHEDULE
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment; you will be charged a 50% fee from the card on file. If you reschedule two times or more, you will be blocked from booking services with Geespot Aesthetics. My booking app does send a reminder 72 to 48 hours before an appointment, which will allow you to reschedule at that time.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Waxing with a tampon is completely normal. I have waxed many women on their menstrual cycle. I also provide tampons and freshen up wipes in my treatment room. If needed freshen up prior to and after service. Canceling because of a menstrual cycle is no excuse. So, please plan accordingly when scheduling an appointment or already have one booked.
