Here is everything in one place, in plain language. None of this is here to be difficult. It is here so that every client gets the same fair treatment and the same full appointment time they booked.

Cancellations, Reschedules, and Running Late

Seven minute grace period

You have a seven minute grace period. After seven minutes your appointment is canceled and a 50% fee is charged. Waxing appointments are booked tight, so a late start means the next client starts late too.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment and you will be charged a 50% fee from the card on file. Outside of 24 hours, change it freely, no charge.

No-shows

No-shows are charged a 50% fee and will not be able to book with us again.

Repeat reschedules

If you reschedule two or more times in a row, you will be blocked from booking future appointments with Geespot Aesthetics.

Payments

We accept exact change and card.

• Paying cash? Please bring the exact amount. We do not carry change.
• Paying by card? A 3.5% processing fee is added to your total.

Waxing On Your Period

Completely normal, and completely fine. Waxing with a tampon in is no problem at all and we have waxed plenty of women on their cycle. We keep tampons and freshen-up wipes in the treatment room, so if you get caught out, we have you covered.

One thing worth knowing: skin tends to be a little more sensitive right before and during your period. Nothing dramatic, but if you are a first-timer and have the flexibility, booking for another week can make it more comfortable.

Appointments

Every service is by appointment only, and all booking happens through our online booking page. If you are not sure which service to pick, send us a message before you book. We would much rather answer questions up front than have you guessing.
